Google Advertising API and data-processing policy

Additional terms for use of Google's advertising, publishing, monetization, conversion and reporting services through AIOS Business.

Important: only an advertising account you own or lawfully manage may be connected, and every financial or publishing action requires human review.

1. Scope of this supplemental policy

This policy applies to the use of the advertising, publishing, monetization, conversion and reporting services available in the AIOS Business Google Advertising APIs menu. Google services are provided by Google; AIOS is not a Google partner, and listing does not imply Google endorsement, sponsorship, or joint venture.

2. Own account and legal access

The user can only connect their own or legally managed Google Ads, AdSense, AdMob, Marketing Platform, Ad Manager or other advertising accounts. AIOS does not request or store the Google password. Access to services supporting user OAuth connections can be granted on Google's own page, with the narrowest necessary permissions per service, and can be revoked at any time.

3. Services requiring separate Google approval

Some features of Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Authorized Buyers, Real-time Bidding, Ads Data Hub, Ad Manager, AdSense Platform, and Local Services may require a developer token, partner ID, agreement, access level, or separate Google approval. The AdSense Platform API can only be used from a Google-approved partner project and with a central service account. AIOS cannot circumvent these terms.

4. Campaigns, budgets and human approval

AIOS may prepare a report, ad copy, keyword, bid, targeting, or budget proposal, but creating or launching a campaign, modifying a budget or bid, targeting, publishing a creative, pausing, or deleting a campaign is only possible after full preview and specific user approval. Automatic spending cannot be started based on an AI suggestion alone.

5. Advertising data and personal data

Campaign, contact, audience, conversion and revenue data can only be handled for a legitimate business purpose specified by the user. The user is responsible for the appropriate legal basis, information, consent, blacklists, retention time and compliance with Google's advertising, consumer protection and data protection rules.

6. Conversions, Customer Matching and Responsive Targeting

Offline or enhanced conversion, Customer Match, remarketing or audience data may only be used with appropriate legal basis, with the necessary user information, consent and secure transmission. It is prohibited to create audiences, profiles or advertising decisions from sensitive personal data, children's data, prohibited categories or unlawfully collected lists.

7. Transparency, limited data usage and human access

AIOS clearly indicates what Google data it requests and for what purpose. Linked advertising data can only be used to provide a specially launched function visible to the user; it cannot be sold, it cannot be transferred to a data broker, it cannot be used for AIOS's own advertising profile or for teaching a general AI model. Humans can only access it with express user consent, for security investigations, legal obligations, or for properly aggregated internal operational purposes.

8. Advertising Results and Liability

Any analysis, prediction, optimization suggestion or creative made by AI may be inaccurate. AIOS does not guarantee impressions, approvals, clicks, conversions, revenue, ROI or specific campaign results. The user is responsible for the legality of the ad, the provability of its claims, the landing page and the actual approved spend.

9. Fees, Media Spend and Failed Actions

The media cost, service provider fee or own Google Cloud cost to be paid to Google is not part of the basic price of the AIOS subscription and is not the same as the AIOS API balance. AIOS operation fee can only be deducted after a successfully completed, billable operation; no AIOS deduction after rejected OAuth, missing Google approval, authorization or quota error, and failed API request. Google, advertising, AI and API costs do not constitute an affiliate commission base.

10. Token security, cancellation and revocation

The OAuth token is stored encrypted, per user and per workspace, and cannot be displayed again. Removing the connection deletes the authentication stored in AIOS and terminates further AIOS access; the user can also revoke the permission on the Contacts page of the Google account. This does not automatically delete campaigns, reports, billing data, or conversion records already created in your Google ad account.

11. Prohibition of quotas, logging and abuse

Google may apply quotas and access levels per service, project, and developer token that cannot be circumvented. No fake clicks, artificial appearance or conversion, misleading reporting, unauthorized account management, hidden campaign modification, prohibited database or bypassing Google verification. Operations may be logged for security and accounting purposes.

12. Google Review, Policy Enforcement and Change

Public use may require OAuth validation, review of sensitive or restricted permissions, Google Ads developer token, and occasionally regular security assessments. In the event of a violation, Google may reject an ad, limit an account or revoke API access, and may change APIs, quotas, and terms. AIOS may update actual available features and posted customer prices accordingly.
