AIOS Business will respond to any written customer service inquiries in writing within 30 days of receipt, substantively and verifiably, and will take action to communicate the response. If the inquiry qualifies as a written consumer complaint, the response will be governed by Section 17/A, paragraph (6) of Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection; any rejection of the complaint must be justified. The system applies the mandatory local response deadlines and language, confirmation, registration, justification, and remedy requirements based on the user’s registered country and, where necessary, the region, state, or province. If the mandatory law in the registered country or the consumer's actual habitual residence prescribes a shorter or more favorable rule for the consumer, that rule shall apply; the specification of the registered country does not limit the mandatory rights to which the consumer is otherwise entitled.
