Additional terms for use of Android, Google Play, Firebase, mobile testing, notification and device management services through AIOS Business.
Important: only own or legally managed projects, applications and assets can be connected; all publishing, accessing, deleting and bulk notification operations require human control.
This policy applies to your use of the Android, Google Play, Firebase, device management, testing, notification, and app connectivity services available in the AIOS Business Google Mobile APIs menu. Google services are provided by Google; their display does not imply Google partnership, endorsement, or approval.
A user may only link their own or legally managed Google Cloud, Firebase, Play Console, Android Management, or zero-touch resources. The Google password is not requested or stored by AIOS. The API key, OAuth authorization, and service account should be limited to the minimum necessary access, usable APIs, application, package name, certificate, IP address, or allowed domain.
The application, device, test, notification, crash, diagnostic, and user data obtained from the linked project may only be used to perform a specifically initiated function visible to the user. AIOS does not sell this data, transfer it to a data broker, or use it to create an advertising profile, determine creditworthiness, or train a general AI model.
Push notification can only be sent to a device, application instance or topic for which the user has the appropriate legal basis, information and, if necessary, consent. Sending unsolicited, deceptive, illegal, harassing or harmful messages is prohibited; the recipient's opt-out, operating system permissions and application notification settings must be respected.
Device policy, remote lock or delete, app release, Play Console change, Firebase rule, permission, data or access deletion requires user review and specific approval before the action is taken in full preview. An irreversible or bulk action cannot be initiated based solely on an AI suggestion.
The configuration, test result, bug fix proposal, or release plan created by AIOS may be inaccurate, so a separate test environment, appropriate authorization checks, and human review are required before production deployment. The user is responsible for the application's signature, data security, Play Rules compliance, content and final release.
In the case of an application intended for children or a mixed audience, the family, privacy and age rules of Google Play must be observed, as well as the applicable child protection law. API, location data, advertising identifier, health, biometric or other sensitive data linked to a Google account can only be handled for the purpose permitted by the given service, with an appropriate legal basis, data minimization and, if necessary, parental consent.
Android Management, zero-touch, Play Integrity, app licensing, device management, and some partner services may require organizational enrollment, enterprise mobility management role, developer account, contract, or separate Google approval. AIOS cannot bypass these requirements and may only show a preparation status until the required approval is received.
The basic fee for the AIOS subscription, the pre-loaded AIOS API balance and the fees incurred in the user's own Google, Firebase or Play project are separate items. AIOS transaction fee can only be deducted after a successfully completed, billable operation. No AIOS deductions after project setup, eligibility check, Google rejection, quota error, or failed API request. Google, mobile, AI, and API costs do not constitute affiliate commission.
The credential is stored encrypted, separated by user and workspace, and cannot be re-displayed. The system may log the service, user, time, result, and AIOS fee, but not the secret key or unnecessary sensitive content. Removing the connection deletes the authentication stored in AIOS, but does not automatically delete the Google project, Firebase data, Play Console app, release, or asset pool.
Google may verify API client and application compliance, limit or terminate access in case of violation, and may modify APIs, privileges, quotas, partner programs, fees, and terms. AIOS only designates documented, actually available operations as usable, and may adjust published customer prices to service provider changes.
