Additional terms for managing Blogger, Google Business, and Play Games data and approved actions through AIOS Business.
Important: only Google data you own or lawfully manage may be connected, and every publication must be reviewed by a person.
This policy applies to the use of the Blogger API v3, People API and Google Play Games Services API available on the AIOS Business interface. The Google services are provided by Google; AIOS is not a partner of Google, and the display of the service does not imply Google endorsement, support or joint venture.
A user may only link their own or legally managed blog, contact information, and Play Games profile. Access is granted on Google's own sign-in and OAuth consent page, with the narrowest permissions necessary for the selected task. AIOS does not request or store Google passwords; each user links their own Google account.
AIOS clearly indicates what Google data is requested, for what purpose, and for what action. Blogger, People, and Play Games data is only used to provide or improve the functionality that is explicitly requested by the user. Hidden, deceptive, or non-public use of data is prohibited.
Any blog post, page, title, description or modification created by AIOS remains a draft until the user previews it in full and specifically approves it for publication. The user is responsible for the content, copyright and privacy rights, required consents, advertising designations and compliance with Blogger's rules.
The name, e-mail address, telephone number and other personal data obtained or created from the People API can only be processed for a lawful, predetermined purpose and with appropriate information. Contact information may not be used for unsolicited advertising, prohibited profiling, creditworthiness assessment or illegal database building, and may not be transferred to third parties without a suitable legal basis.
Play Games data is used solely for the purpose of operating and improving the connected game visible to the user, and not for creating an advertising profile. Some operations require the user's Google Cloud project to be linked to a Play Games Services game in the Play Console. Google may impose specific access and retention limits for friend, profile and game data.
Apps that are primarily intended for children under 13 may not use Google Sign-In or any Google API service associated with a Google Account, including Play Games Services. For mixed-audience services, Google Sign-In may only be an optional feature, and full use of the service may not be required to be tied to a Google Account; applicable child protection policies must be followed in all cases.
Google user data may not be sold, transferred to a data broker or advertising platform, or used for personalized advertising, monitoring purposes, or training a general AI model. Humans can only access it with the express consent of the user, to investigate a security incident, to fulfill a legal obligation, or for properly aggregated internal operational purposes.
Google may apply quotas on a per-service and per-project basis that cannot be circumvented. AIOS subscription base fee, pre-charged AIOS API balance and Google's own fees are separate items. AIOS transaction fee can only be deducted after a successfully completed transaction; no AIOS deduction after rejected OAuth, authorization error, quota error or failed API request. Google, AI and API costs do not constitute an affiliate commission base.
The OAuth token is stored encrypted, per user and per workspace, and cannot be re-displayed. Removing the Google Social connection will delete the authentication stored in AIOS and terminate further AIOS access; the user can also revoke the permission at any time in the Contacts page of their Google account. This does not automatically delete content already published on Blogger, Google Contacts, or Play Games provider data.
Public use may require a Google OAuth opt-in screen, sensitive or restricted permission checks, and occasional periodic security reviews. Google may suspend or revoke API access and modify APIs, quotas, and terms in the event of a violation; AIOS may update actual available features and published customer pricing accordingly.
