Additional terms for managing YouTube channels, videos, statistics, reports and approved content operations through AIOS Business.
Important: only a channel you own or lawfully manage may be connected, and every publication must be reviewed by a person.
This policy applies to the use of the YouTube Data API v3, YouTube Analytics API and YouTube Reporting API available on the AIOS Business interface. The YouTube services are provided by YouTube and Google; AIOS is not a partner of YouTube, and the display of the service does not imply Google or YouTube endorsement.
The user can only link to a YouTube channel for which he has appropriate ownership or management rights. Access can be granted on Google's own login and OAuth consent page with purpose-bound permissions. AIOS does not request or store the Google password; each user connects their own Google account and channel.
Linked YouTube data may only be used to perform user-initiated channel, video, playlist, statistical or reporting operations. AIOS does not sell, use YouTube user or API data to create advertising profiles, or train general AI models. Access and retention may be limited to the time and purpose necessary.
Uploading a video, changing the title or description, managing a playlist, publishing or other writing operations can only start after a full preview and separate user approval. Before uploading, the user must be informed that the content must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and must not violate the copyright, privacy, or privacy rights of others.
Before uploading, the user must indicate whether the content is intended for children in accordance with YouTube's regulations, or set this directly on the YouTube interface. The API client intended for children is subject to the applicable child protection, privacy and YouTube developer policies, and prohibited write operations cannot be performed.
The user is responsible for the uploaded, modified, published or reported content, copyrights, licenses, actor contributions, advertising marks and compliance with applicable law. Any title, description, analysis or recommendation created by AI may be inaccurate; Human review is required before publication or business decision.
Google may apply project- and operation-specific quotas to YouTube APIs that cannot be circumvented. AIOS subscription base fee, pre-charged AIOS API balance and Google's own fees are separate items. AIOS transaction fee can only be deducted after a successfully completed transaction; no AIOS deduction after rejected OAuth, authorization error, quota error or failed API request. YouTube, Google, AI and API costs do not constitute an affiliate commission base.
The OAuth token is stored encrypted, per user and per workspace, and cannot be displayed again. Removing the YouTube connection deletes the authentication stored in AIOS and terminates further AIOS access; the user can also revoke the permission at any time on the Contacts page of the Google account. This will not automatically delete videos you've already published on YouTube, playlists you've created, or existing channel data.
YouTube or Google attribution, attribution, copyright, or branding may not be removed, obscured, or modified in a deceptive manner. Unauthorized copying, selling, circumvention of quotas, creation of false activity, misleading statistics or automation that violates YouTube's terms or the rights of another person is prohibited.
Public use may require Google's OAuth consent screen, sensitive permissions, and application verification or security review. YouTube may review API client compliance and limit or terminate access in the event of a violation. Google and YouTube may change APIs, quotas, and terms; AIOS may update actual available features and published customer prices accordingly.
